You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Damaged or defective product upon arrival. Incorrect item received. Product significantly different from description.
Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.
Contact our support team at support@abcskincare.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will respond within 1–2 business days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
